Terms & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Auria Wellness. 

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. 

 

2. Services 

Auria Wellness provides massage and facial treatments in: 

London (mobile service)  

Crewe (in-studio)  

All treatments are delivered with care and professionalism and may be adapted based on your needs. 

 

3. Bookings 

Appointments can be made via the website, WhatsApp, or direct contact. 

A booking is confirmed once agreed and scheduled. 

Please ensure all information provided (address, contact details, and relevant health information) is accurate. 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee  

Missed appointments may be charged in full  

This policy ensures fairness and protects appointment availability. 

 

5. Arrival & Access (Mobile Treatments) 

For mobile treatments, clients are responsible for: 

Providing a suitable space for the massage table  

Having two large towels and one small towel available  

Ensuring safe access to the property  

Please inform in advance of any access restrictions (stairs, parking, etc.). 

 

6. Health & Consultation 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information before treatment. 

A short consultation will take place before the session to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate. 

Auria Wellness reserves the right to adapt or decline treatment if there are any concerns regarding safety. 

 

7. Treatment Time 

The full treatment time is provided as booked. 

A brief consultation before the session does not reduce your treatment time. 

 

8. Professional Boundaries 

Auria Wellness provides professional therapeutic treatments only. 

Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required. 

 

9. Liability 

While every care is taken, Auria Wellness is not responsible for: 

Any injuries or conditions not disclosed prior to treatment  

Reactions to treatment where relevant medical information was not provided  

 

10. Payments 

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. 

All treatments must be paid in full as agreed. 

 

11. Changes to Services 

Auria Wellness reserves the right to update services, pricing, and availability at any time.
